Strong Revenue Growth Led SS&C Stock Offering

In advance of its initial public offering late last month, portfolio management and accounting system vendor SS&C Technologies logged first-quarter revenue growth of 161 per cent compared with the same period the year before. While this rate of growth includes new revenues from Chalke Inc., which SS&C acquired in 1995, even ex-Chalke the vendor saw its revenues grow by 115 per cent.
