Peter Nachtwey will take over as chief financial officer at Baltimore-based asset management firm Legg Mason starting in January. Nachtwey is leaving private-equity giant Carlyle Group, which promoted Glenn Youngkin to the role of interim-CFO last week.
In addition, Joseph Sullivan has been named to the position of global head of distribution, where he will continue to oversee the firm's "streamlining initiative to its conclusion."
