Orc and Newedge Offer Direct Communication Link between Chicago and Hong Kong
Orc Software, a provider of technology and services for the global financial industry, will offer a direct communications link between Chicago and the Hong Kong-based trading data centre of global multi-asset brokerage business Newedge.
The low-latency connection will allow US-based traders using Orc's trading platform Orc Hosted, to trade Asian markets via Newedge without the need to establish their own lines and connections.
New York-based Paul Zubulake, senior analyst at Aite Group says that
