Sabrient Hires Culcuoglu as Senior Vice President
Sabrient Systems, a quantitative research shop, announced today the appointment of Cagatay Culcuoglu to the position of senior vice president and head of global product management. In this role, Culcuoglu will be focused on the planning, development, and execution of global products, including indexes and exchange-traded funds (ETFs), for the institutional market.
