The move, which will primarily utilize Options PIPE Momentum front-to-back hosted applications offering, comes as more of Advent's buy-side clients are opening up to cloud infrastructure for hosting their portfolio management systems.

As part of the partnership, the firms have also launched a co-sourced training program, allowing Options staff ramp up expertise of specific configuration needs Geneva users might require.

"Over the past few years, our clients in the hedge fund industry are increasingly interested in best-in-class choices for application hosting and data storage. We are very pleased to be expanding our network for clients by working with a company like Options, which continues to be an innovative presence in the area of infrastructure-as-a-service," says Chris Momsen, senior vice president and general manager at Advent.
