paris-skyline
Caceis has worldwide locations, and is one of France's leading depository bank.

The firm, part of the Crédit Agricole Group, says that the new offering offers support across the lifecycle of an over-the-counter (OTC) derivative transaction, ensuring compliance with European regulations. For collateral, it offers substitution, transformation and reinvestment options, as well as optimization for securities used as collateral.

In addition, the platform provides access to clearing houses through clearers, and T+1 trade reporting, which covers both cleared and bilateral trades. Margin call calculation functionality is also included. Collateral Express is integrated with its asset servicing offering.

"With Collateral Express, Caceis now offers its clients a global and consolidated view of their collateral by counterparty, irrespective of whether the underlying assets are OTC derivatives, foreign exchange, listed derivatives, securities lending or repo [along with others]," says Laurent Durdilly, products and solutions director at Caceis. "Collateral Express is the solution for optimizing a resource that has become critical for the functioning of the financial system and for our clients".
