Canadian asset manager Addenda Capital has selected Coric Client Communications from Equipos to automate the firm's client reporting process.
Along with process efficiency and operational cost savings, Coric will enable Addenda to decrease the number and complexity of report templates as well as ensure quicker delivery. Coric will generate more than 800 management reports, in both English and French, for Addenda's institutional and high net worth clients in Canada and the US. In the future, Addenda intends to use Coric to automate other client communications, external marketing collateral and internal reports.
