UK data and software provider CMS WebView is in initial talks with companies to acquire the rights to its TDI software on a non-exclusive basis, it said last week.
Meanwhile, the company has cancelled non-essential supplier contracts, cut staff and consolidated from two offices to one. It has also reduced its board of directors, and non-executive chairman Keppel Simpson has resigned. He will be replaced as chairman by Keith Young, who was non-executive vice chairman.
