HyperFeed Closes, Sues as Exegy Deal Fails

Chicago-based ticker plant provider HyperFeed Technologies has told employees that it will cease trading and file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection this week, after a deal to become part of Exegy, a St. Louis-based technology provider, collapsed.
