Townsend, Vendors Begin Asian Data Spree

Chicago-based market data and trading systems provider Townsend Analytics is one of several vendors preparing to add a range of Asian exchange data to their services over the next year, as part of an effort to expand their coverage of emerging markets (see stories, this issue).
The vendor's primary coverage is in the US and Europe, but Townsend is now looking at data from Asia, Latin America, eastern Europe and other emerging markets where its clients are building business in search of higher
