As Reuters and Telerate begin to take advantage of Liberty Brokerage Inc.'s recent decision to open access to its real- time U.S. Treasury prices, Dow Jones Telerate has found itself constrained by its data distribution agreement with Liberty rival Cantor Fitzgerald L.P. and its data vending sidekick Market Data Corp.
