Baltic Exchanges Take Nordic Platform

The Helsinki, Tallinn and Riga stock exchanges last week migrated to a new platform for the distribution of their market data, Inside Market Data has learned.

The shift is part of a move to Stockholmsborsen’s Saxess trading system, which was developed by OMX Group, owner of all four exchanges.

The data distribution system, which is called Targin, is already in use at Stockholmsborsen and at the Copenhagen and Iceland stock exchanges. The latter two exchanges, which also use the Saxess trading
