CMS in Takeover Talks

UK-based ticker plant technology and datafeed vendor CMS WebView has been forced to suspend its shares and confirm that it is in talks with another company "that may lead to a significant acquisition."

The announcement was made last week after takeover speculation saw the company's share price rise from 1.63p on Tuesday, March 8, to 4.38p on Thursday, March 10, on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market.

The name of the party involved in the talks was not disclosed. However, CMS says that if it
