Telerate Reports Fifth Consecutive Drop In Quarterly Growth

Dow Jones Telerate's decline in global revenue growth rates continued in the first quarter of 1996. Moreover, revenue growth for the vendor's international business, which had traditionally been markedly stronger than growth rates for its U.S. business, dropped off dramatically last quarter. And with the debut of Reuters' new 3000 series product line due this year (see story, this issue), the competition can only get tougher for Telerate.
