Internet Soon To Be Host To Three Edgar Sites

DELIVERY & DISPLAY

Two Internet World Wide Web sites providing free access to the Securities and Exchange Commission's Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval System, known as Edgar, are now online. The sites, one sponsored by Disclosure Inc. and New York University, and the other by the SEC, provide access to SEC documents 24 hours after they are filed. Meanwhile, Disclosure is planning to launch a commercial site called Access Edgar next month that would provide the documents on a real-time basis.
