Barber Joins Communicating as Chairman, Plans To Take It To IPO

LONDON: John Barber has joined Communicating as chairman, and he hopes to take the company to market next year.
Barber left Dart (Data Analysis Risk Technology), where he was managing director and executive director of the AFA board, in September. Dart was sold to AFA Systems, a treasury and risk management software vendor, in an all-share deal worth around £26 million earlier this year (Trading Technology Week, April 17).
