Nordea to Replace In-House Equity Research with S&P
RESEARCH & COMMENTARY
Nordic banking group Nordea will close its equity research division and replace its research with independent coverage from Standard & Poor’s, it was announced last week.
S&P’s equity research will be available to internal Nordea staff as well as to the firm’s institutional clients. The deal extends an agreement signed last year for S&P to provide Nordea with research on US and European companies (IMD, April 7, 2003).
