Usually, there's a reason why deals don't close on schedule. The closure date of the Dow Jones Markets sale has been something of a moving target for a while now. We've seen the likely close date jump from the middle of May (that's now) to the first week in May (a couple of weeks ago) to the end of May (in a couple of weeks' time).
