PC Quote To Acquire Fixed-Income Vendor Moneyline Corp.

Equity quote vendor PC Quote has signed a letter of intent to acquire Moneyline Corp. for 350,000 shares of PC Quote's common stock. PC Quote's stock price is currently about $10 a share, making the deal worth $3.5 million. Moneyline is a value-added reseller of fixed-income information and analytics.
