Reuters And Thomson Set To Sign First Call Distribution Pact
THIS WEEK'S LEAD STORIES
Reuters Holdings PLC is set to sign an agreement with Thomson Corp. for Reuters to distribute Thomson Financial Networks' First Call broker research service outside the U.S. The deal is a coup for Thomson and First Call founder Jeffrey Parker, who have managed to nail down research distribution agreements with most major U.K. brokers right under the nose of London-based Reuters.
