Nelson Information, best known as publisher of hard-copy fundamental research for trading and investment professionals, will launch its Nelson's Research Exchange broker research-distribution system in September. NRE, Nelson's first foray into direct electronic research dissemination, will bring the company into competition with Thomson Financial Services' First Call and with Multex Systems.
