Bridge Faces Y2K Pressure To Upgrade Legacy Systems

NEW YORK--Bridge Information Systems has been holding a series of customer meetings regarding its plans for Y2K. While Bridge's core services--BridgeStation, BridgeChannel and its IP-based network--may be Y2K-compliant, it faces pressure to upgrade a large proportion of customers, which it has assumed through recent acquisitions, from various legacy systems.

As such, the company has charged a so-called migration team, based in St. Louis, MO., with the responsibility of visiting every client site
