DIAMS Dictionary Launched by Asset Management Firms and OTC Conseil
MARKET DATA TECHNOLOGY
An open standard dictionary aimed at standardizing electronic communication between asset managers and distributors (brokers, e-brokers, financial portals, information providers, fund administrators, rating agencies and so on) was launched last week by the DIAMS group. This group consists of 10 French asset management firms, and is co-ordinated by OTC Conseil, an information system consulting company.
This dictionary, or reference business repository, called Distribution and Integration for Asset
