Five London-based data and technology companies have formed a partnership to provide a data and processing services "utility," dubbed ASAP, for new areas of automation.
The last few years have seen a frenzy of activity as firms realized the benefits of automating corporate actions processing. Now the five companies—data vendor EDI (Exchange Data International), securities class actions data and claims services provider Magenta One, corporate actions and integration technology vendor Trace
