IPC Beats Reuters With Bid Of $6.6M For Mxnet

NEW YORK--IPC Information Systems appears set to acquire Mxnet, a provider of market data platforms for smaller user firms that has recently attracted the attention of Reuters. The telephony and networking services company has made a bid for Mxnet that sources say will likely seal an agreement.
