Thomson Financial is rearranging two of its business units to create two new groups, according to a Dec. 15 internal memo obtained by Inside Market Data.
In the memo, CEO David Shaffer and president and COO Sharon Rowlands say that the changes reflect market trends, such as the convergence of institutional markets and retail wealth management, as well as Thomson's own activities.
