Fuller Enlists Fixnetix Data for New Smart Routing Service

The company, dubbed Exchange Axis, will be an independent utility offering smart order-routing technology to banks and hedge funds trading on European markets.

Fuller has already lined up two key components of the service-datafeeds and connectivity to and from exchanges and multilateral trading facilities (MTFs) provided by UK-based low-latency data vendor Fixnetix, of which Fuller is a non-executive director, and the core smart order-routing engine, which will be provided by Sri Lanka-based
