The London Stock Exchange's information services division is preparing for the upcoming launch of its new trading platform and handling new growth, despite ongoing rumors about the exchange's future, officials insist.

One concern is being ready for the increase in data traffic expected from the new trading platform, TRM, which is due to be released during the first half of 2007.
