Börse Berlin Buy Will Fund Equiduct Feed
The deal, details of which will be announced when the transaction closes this Tuesday, Sept. 25, will give Equiduct extra capital to fund its future growth strategy, including the development of a Virtual Best Bid and Offer (VBBO) consolidated feed of data for instruments traded on multiple European markets.
