In a statement, Thomson Reuters says the compliance component "has been replaced in-house and in conjunction with an ongoing Thomson Reuters technology partner. Reuters Messaging will continue to offer a hosted compliance service that securely logs and maintains all types of Reuters Messaging traffic... to help our customers meet regulatory requirements."
