Systems and latency monitoring vendor ITRS has hired BT's Joanne Kinsella to serve as managing director of its operations in America, responsible for growing the customer base and overseeing the sales team. Kinsella was most recently head of portfolio at BT Global Financial Services, where she led the former Radianz business, including the recently launched Ultra Access low-latency service, as well as BT's trading systems and unified communications business
