As Inside Market Data went to press, Nasdaq was planning to migrate to the new platform from its legacy Saxess trading platform over the weekend of Feb. 6 and Feb. 7, before going live at market open on Monday, Feb. 8.
According to a Nasdaq document detailing the migration schedule, the exchange planned to flush its order books at 5:30pm central European time on Friday, Feb. 5, following the closing cross on all markets, and close its Genium Consolidated Feed early at 8pm.
