Donna O'Connor, who was until recently the Bank of New York's vice president of securities information and a member of the executive market data committee, has launched her own consultancy, O'Connor & Associates. O'Connor joined BoNY in 1998, where she set up and managed expenditure for the bank's enterprise securities reference service.
