In the December 1993 issue of Reuters' internal magazine, the vendor carved up the universe of market data and declared itself the leader with 25.9 percent of the pie. ADP comes next with 12 percent, according to Reuters' estimate of all global markets. Dow Jones Telerate follows with 11.1, Quotron gets 7.5 percent, Quick is in close pursuit at 6.6 percent and Telekurs racks up 4.8 percent. Only then does Bloomberg make Reuters' chart, with 4.5 percent. Knight-Ridder grabs just 3.9 percent.
