IFS to Expand MTF Tick Data Service
IFS created LMTDS with data from Chi-X, Turquoise, BATS Europe and Nasdaq OMX Europe, after receiving requests for tick data from three unnamed hedge fund clients based outside the UK who are now using the service to back-test their trading models for entry into the London market. After first launching the service in December, IFS will now add data from NYSE Arca Europe, Stockholm-based Burgundy and Hungary-based Quote MTF, completing its coverage of European MTFs.
