HPC Platform Rebrands as NovaSparks, Expands Data Solutions

French low-latency market data technology vendor HPC Platform has changed its name to NovaSparks, and is working on a major international expansion of the feed handlers available with its FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array) hardware-based ticker plant, and its new data network platform.
