Apama Boosts Activ Adapter, Surveillance

Progress Apama is releasing a new version of its Activ Apama Adapter, which allows users to access data from low-latency vendor Activ Financial within Apama’s Capital Markets Foundation suite of pre-built application components, to deliver lower latency and simplify deployments.

The upgrade was driven by a request from an existing Apama client in Brazil, co-located in Activ’s New York datacenter, who began using the new adapter in production last month.
