Platts Expands Alloy Pricing

Standard & Poor’s energy information business Platts last week began publishing daily price assessments for molybdenum oxide, an alloy used in the production of steel, expanding on the weekly reference prices the vendor has provided since 1971 and specific weekly prices for Japan- and China-delivered moly oxide.
