Philip Sparacino has left his role as executive vice president of financial services at open-source software vendor Collaborative Software Initiative to join Bloomberg’s product development team in the vendor’s Enterprise Products & Solutions group, which reports to Mark Pesonen, global head of enterprise products and solutions. Before joining CSI in late 2010, Sparacino was a managing director at IT consultancy Lloyd, prior to which he was a director at Merrill Lynch, and spent eight years each
