Andrew Crouch will head operations, marketing and sales within North America.

Network provider Level 3 Communications has appointed Andrew Crouch regional president of North America, with responsibility for all operations and sales amd marketing activities in the region.

Crouch, most recently regional president of North America sales, responsible for enterprise, wholesale, content, government and indirect business areas, has spent more than a decade at Level 3 in various senior marketing, product and commercial leadership roles.

He joined the vendor in 2001 as senior vice president of its ISP and cable business, prior to which he was vice president of commercial operations at Concert Communications, a joint venture between telecoms providers BT and AT&T.
