ITRS Raids Fidessa for Senior Sales, Biz Dev Hires

Before joining Fidessa as director of new business sales for the vendor's hosted services in 2000, Walker served as a new business sales executive at the investment banking division at enterprise software company Verity, prior to which she was associate director of major accounts at Datastream ICV.

Salmon joined Fidessa in 2005 as product marketing manager before moving up to head the vendor's MiFID program. Prior to Fidessa, Salmon ran compliance and monitoring solutions at the Swiss Stock Exchange and served as head of strategic marketing for securities trading solutions at Reuters.

Reporting to ITRS chief executive Kevin Covington, Walker and Salmon will be responsible for growing the business across new asset classes and markets.
