Former Citi, Credit Suisse, Lehman execs reunite to form new advisory firm.
The firm was set up by chairman and chief executive Mark Rufeh, former co-head of Citigroup’s global operations and technology division and global head of the bank’s cost transformation and efficiency improvement, Warren Herz, former global head of expense management and strategic sourcing at Citi, who serves as president and chief operating officer of Valore. The pair joined Citi in 2008 from Credit Suisse, where Rufeh was chief administrative officer for the firm’s global investment banking
