In honor of the US holiday of Thanksgiving, which rather rudely interrupted our production cycle last week, we are devoting this week's column to the various reasons why we should give thanks (at least in relation to the market data industry). But first, we wish all of our US readers a happy and delicious Thanksgiving, and hope that our readers in other parts of the world appreciate the lack of phone calls and e-mails from those pesky Americans.
