BNY Mellon's recent launch of its Risk View data visualization service represents the completion of a change in the way the firm develops services, says Kerry White, global director of product strategy at the firm's Boston office.

In her role, White works on new product commercialization with a global product management team. BNY Mellon had previously developed such products and services internally through its product management group and worked with its own technology teams to build them
