OMX Adds Findata to Portfolio
STOCKHOLM-Nordic exchange operator and technology provider OMX Group is set to acquire financial data vendor Findata from Swedish electronic publishing house Bisnode. The acquisition will add a range of new information including reference data products to the company's data assets.
As a result of the acquisition, OMX will take on board Findata's seven Stockholm-based employees and its data products, which include customized indexes, corporate actions, accounting data and other database services
