Russian Depository Looking Forward to More Reform in 2016
Country's largest settlements depository has contributed to policy
The Russian National Settlements Depositary (NSD) is looking forward to two new laws in 2016 that will oblige market participants to comply with new requirements for corporate actions.
The NSD contributed to the policy, Maria Ivanova, director for investor and client relationships at the depositary, told a forum held by the Moscow Exchange in London in December.
The Russian federal law stipulates that key reform provisions be adopted, including new methods for participating in general
