ISIN Charging: the Avalanche Begins

This has been a very interesting month at Inside Reference Data - not only did we wake up to a snow-covered city and found Piccadilly Circus almost deserted one Monday, but we've also had the launch of the EC proceedings against S&P to keep us busy. The story about the Cusip-based ISIN charging issue hit the mainstream news in January and has been the big topic of conversation ever since.
