BRAINPOWER COO TO STEP DOWN
Swiss investment analysis software company BrainPower is reporting the resignation of Mark Wells (below) as chief operating officer.
Operational responsibilities will now be split between the company’s chairman and chief executive officer Rocco Pellegrinelli and supervisory board member and honorary president Maurizio Pescosolido.
Wells will continue to act as a part-time consultant to the company, focusing on strategic relationships with third parties and major
