Bloomberg Pushes Energy Services Via Web, May Be Prelude To More Internet Service

Bloomberg has begun offering a free two-week trial of its Web-based energy service.
The service, which is similar in coverage to the energy services available via Bloomberg Classic and Open Bloomberg, may represent something of an experiment for a company that has yet to embrace the Internet in a big way. Bloomberg may be testing the waters to see if Internet delivery of its content is viable. By using energy in the experiment, Bloomberg may be minimizing the risk involved in assessing Web
