Under New Ownership of PE Firm TA Associates, ITRS Eyes Acquisitions
CEO Guy Warren Gives his outlook for ITRS and potential “bolt-on” acquisitions after TA Associates buys the vendor from Carlyle Group.
ITRS chief executive Guy Warren says it will be business as usual for the company initially, but that TA Associates—which has a track record of investing in financial technology companies, with past investments including ION Trading, SmartStream and Instinet—may encourage it to expand via acquisitions in the future.
